Information to the online dispute resolution

In the first quarter of 2016, the EU Commission will provide an Internet platform for the online settlement of disputes (so-called "OS platform"). The OS platform will serve as focal point to the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations resulting from online purchase contracts.
